I have a reservation made at vibrahotels.com and I cannot travel because of Covid-19 positive. What I can do?
If your reservation has been affected by Covid-19 and previous justification to email@example.com, Vibra Hotels offers you two possibilities:
Reservations made with a flexible rate: You can modify your reservation at no cost or you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival
Reservations in semi-flexible or non-refundable rate: You can modify your dates or request a travel voucher to enjoy your stay until summer 2022.
How can you redeem a travel voucher?
For any management related to the redemption of vouchers, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your voucher number and new dates. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
How do I manage a reservation made on booking.com or other travel agents?
If your reservation has been made in an online travel agency, you should contact that agency to consult its policy of changes or cancellations. Unfortunately from our customer service we cannot modify and / or cancel reservations made by third parties.

Choose our Flexible rate and pay 100% of your reservation at the hotel. A credit card is required to book but will not be charged prior to your stay at the hotel unless you cancel with less than 72 hours or do not arrive on the day of arrival.
