The island of Majorca and the Cabrera Archipelago<\/p>\n

We suggest you start with Mallorca<\/a>, as it has good air and boat connections with the mainland and, above all, with the rest of the islands. It is the most populated island of the Balearic Islands and the largest. You can find big differences in landscape between the south of the island, where the capital, Palma de Mallorca<\/a>, is located, and the northwest area with the Sierra de Tramontana<\/a>: The beaches of this island are long, with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. The mountainous area will impress you with its cliffs and lush vegetation.<\/p>\n

The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a must-see monumental city. A city to walk and stroll through its cobbled streets full of life and small stores, restaurants and stores of all kinds, where you can not miss the Cathedral, the Almudaina Palace<\/a> or the <\/p>\n

If you are one of those who like sailing sports, Palma de Mallorca has extensive marinas with large sailing and motor boats that delight any lover of the sea.<\/p>\n

The archipelago of Cabrera is located only 10 kilometers from Mallorca with departures from the port of Colonia de Sant Jordi. It is a protected natural paradise, called National Maritime-Terrestrial Park of the Archipelago of Cabrera. You can go hiking and swimming in its spectacular beaches. If you like snorkeling or diving, this is the ideal place.

Menorca<\/p>\n

Menorca is one of those places where you feel a sense of peace and tranquility, for its landscapes, its people and its people, it is another paradise full of things to do!<\/p>\n

You can arrive by ferry or by plane, but if you have just enough time to visit all the islands, we recommend the plane. There are frequent flights from Mallorca and they are short flights of about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

As a starting point for this visit we suggest Ciutadella, walk through the streets of the historic center where you can contemplate the Castle of San Nicolas or its Cathedral. In the port of Ciutadella you will find a lively atmosphere in the multitude of bars and appetizing restaurants where you can sit and enjoy delicious typical food such as calderetas or eggs with lobster.<\/p>\n

The other important town you should visit is Mahon, considered one of the largest natural harbors in the Mediterranean Sea and in the world. The Fortaleza de la Mola or Fortress of Isabel II is one of the most interesting visits you can make within the island. It belongs to the municipality of Mah\u00f3n, but must be accessed by car. Here you can visit the Bastion of Sant Roc or the Church of Sant Francesc.<\/p>\n

The beaches of this island are also paradisiacal, as in all the Balearic Islands. However, here in Menorca we want to highlight the beaches of golden sand surrounded by reddish mountains, such as Cala Pregonda, Cala Tortuga and Cala Pilar. Other beaches we suggest are Cala en Turqueta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Macarella.<\/p>\n

And since we are near the sea we can not fail to mention the sunsets from the lighthouses of Menorca. There is a great variety of them distributed around the island and the great majority of them are of enormous beauty, like the lighthouse of Cavaller\u00eda or the one of Punta Nati.<\/p>\n

If you like hiking, you can not miss the route of the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls. A path of 185 kilometers that borders the entire island of Menorca. From the trail you have magnificent views and the route includes wild areas that you never imagined were there.<\/p>\n

A curiosity about Menorca are the remains of the Talayotic Culture, prehistoric societies that originated BC in Mallorca and Menorca, such as those found in the Naveta des Tudons, the Necropolis of Cala Morell or the Torre d’en Galm\u00e9s, among others.<\/p>\n

Finally, we recommend a magical place located in Cala en Porter, the Cova d’en Xoroi, which is only accessible by sea, perfect for sunset!<\/p>\n

Las Islas Pitiusas \u2013 Ibiza y Formentera<\/strong><\/p>\n

Although Ibiza is famous all over the world for its nightlife and spectacular clubs, its inland villages and wild beaches enjoy immense tranquility.<\/p>\n

We recommend visiting the villages of Santa Eulalia del R\u00edo<\/a> or Santa Agn\u00e9s de Corona<\/a>, San Miguel<\/a> with its beautiful church, and the historic center of Ibiza town, named World Heritage by Unesco, with the walled area and pedestrian streets full of charm and good atmosphere.<\/p>\n

When you are in Ibiza you should not miss the place that the locals say provides the special magnetism that characterizes the island of Ibiza, the islet of Es Vedra<\/a>, famous for the truly unforgettable sunsets.
