The restaurant\u2019s name, BLAVOS, pays tribute to the blue colours of the sea. And what better location, beside the waters of the Mediterranean Sea that wash Ibiza\u2019s coastline!<\/p>\n

The restaurant stands at the end of Paseo de Figueretas, beside the beach, just 15 minutes\u2019 walk from Ibiza harbour. BLAV\u00d3S<\/a> has several different areas to choose from: a pleasantly decorated indoor restaurant, with views of the never-ending sea through its big windows, and a big terrace on the promenade, with sunshades and lush green plants evocative of the Caribbean. On the terrace, you can either sit at one of the tables or in its different chill-out areas, with comfy sofas and armchairs. If you\u2019re a football or sports enthusiast, BLAV\u00d3S<\/a> has an indoor area with a big screen for watching sports events.<\/p>\n

There are also pasta dishes and the restaurant\u2019s mouth-watering Blav\u00f3s hamburger, served in a bun that will melt in your mouth. For those with a taste for spicier food, the menu also features some dishes inspired by other countries, such as its patatas bravas <\/em>(fried potatoes) with Chipotle pepper, nachos with melted cheese, pico de gallo <\/em>sauce, guacamole, jalape\u00f1o peppers, Mexican salsa and sour cream. Diners can also choose from a variety of tasty salads.<\/p>\n
